Core Services:

• Home Visiting Services: Missouri has shifted the majority of CBCAP federal funding to support home visiting direct services, statewide expansion of collective impact networks focused on home visiting, as well as the development of a statewide performance-based outcomes rate card (ORC) aimed at incentivizing quality home visiting programs. Specific home visiting models supported through these various initiatives include Healthy Families America, Parents as Teachers, Nurse Family Partnership, and Nurturing Parenting.
• Parent Leadership: Missouri continues to use CBCAP funding to support parent leadership initiatives. Funds are used to support a statewide parent leadership and engagement program, aimed at supporting parents in reaching their goals for advocacy, systems level change and leadership through education, training and networking.
• Child Sexual Abuse Prevention: Missouri is using CBCAP funding to support the prevention of child sexual abuse by funding programs focused on providing preventative education and leading community initiatives.
